2. What are the delivery times?
Delivery times/fees are calculated at checkout as this depends on your location.

3.How can I track my order?
Once you have purchased one of our books, you will receive an additional email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

4. What if I encounter issues with my tracking, or purchase?
If you encounter any issues with your tracking or purchase, please reach out to us via our email: stories4children@hotmail.com. We'll be happy to assist you in resolving any problems.

5. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns and exchanges due to the fact that each book is individually made-to-order. 

However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of your order or something seems wrong, feel free to contact us at stories4children@hotmail.com so we can resolve this issue. 

6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently we offer shipping to Australia, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom and The United States, with more countries being added soon. 
Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination. 

7. Are your stories suitable for all ages?
Our stories are primarily geared towards children, but readers of all ages can enjoy them. We offer a range of genres and themes to appeal to diverse audiences at 3 different levels of difficulty;

              1. Easy
              2. Medium
              3. Advanced
